Biosphere Research Strategy Workshop
On behalf of the UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man (UBIOM) Board's Research and Innovation Subgroup, you are invited to contribute to developing a Research & Knowledge Exchange Strategy for UBIOM.
As we undertake the 10-year review of our Biosphere, and as the first whole-nation biosphere, we are in a unique position to better understand how the environment, the economy, and human society can live well and in sustainable balance. We are developing a Biosphere Research & Knowledge Exchange Strategy to inform this understanding.
Lunch will be provided following the morning workshop. A more detailed schedule and preparatory reading and thinking will be forwarded a week prior to the event.
