Is this only for birth partners?

No, this is a workshop for both the mother and a partner, however, we focus on empowering partners with practical skills to feel confident in supporting birth physiology and environment.

Is this for me if I am planning a C-section?

Absolutely. This workshop is a chance for a strong connection and helping the partner understand ways of holding the space for the mother who goes through this significant rite of passage.

Do I need to book one ticket or two for me and my partner?

The price includes both you and your partner, one ticket is enough.
