How many weeks pregnant do I need to be?

This workshop is ideal from 12 weeks of pregnancy - after you have completed your first scan.

What if it is not my first pregnancy?

If it isn't your first pregnancy you are more than welcome to attend. I encourage those aiming for a VBAC or HBAC to attend. Also, those who had instrumental delivery and are not sure of their current birth preference.

Can I bring my birth partner?

There is one reformer per paying participant during the practical session. So this workshop is for pregnant persons only.
