BiteSize Thinking.

Who am I?I’m more resultant than consultant.  And these are the things that drive my love of, and passion for, being in business:-ØEmbedding a dynamic business cultureØLateral and creative thinkingØAn Entrepreneurial spiritØDrive for continuous improvementØInstilling Service Excellence though the whole businessØAn all-pervading motivation to achieve sales.ØSuccessful One Minute LeadershipBut it’s not about me...its all aboutyouandyourbusiness.If you own, manage, lead a small business, here are a few questions for you:-¿ Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by what you have to face, day by day?¿ Do you resist taking home the challenges you have at work and find it “lonely at the top”?¿ Do you need someone alongside you, who can see your business from outside with fresh eyes and who carries no “baggage?”Since 2012, I have taken on private Clients acting as their “critical friend”, supporting and helping them to see clearly through the challenges that can sometimes disproportionately overwhelm business decisions.I have helped small, often family businesses reach their full potential.Before I explain what I can do with you to bring back clarity, excitement, fun, and improved financial success, let me tell you what I certainly don’t do.ýI don’t write bamboozling reports ~ never to be read again!ýI don’t write strategic plans ~ where in reality the need is more operational.ýI don’t waste your time ~ I work for you and with you.ýI don’t steal your watch to tell you the time ~ no-one knows your business better than you do.ýI’m not a mentor, a coach, a trainer, nor consultant.üI’m your Resultant, delivering results in practice for you and your business.Where is the proof of success:-One of my earliest Clients on a 6-month contract has since retained my support for the fourth consecutive year!Another Client extended my role to an ad hoc provision of support after an initial twelve months.Working with their Clients' teams, I have implemented cultural changes that have delivered improved profitability.www.barrycole.co.ukwww.linkedin.com/in/barrymcole

.....for leaders who want to stretch their entrepreneurial thinking skills in like-minded company.
This month our opening conversation could be;

Fake news, lies, deceit.
In spite of knowing all this the electorate still voted among others for Putin and Trump.
What does this mean for our young people today? Who are their role models?
The Police, Politicians, Teachers, You Tubers, the Kardashians?
