Hi Hackers,
If you are up for a challenge, join Bits N’ Android TV Hackathon and you will be in for winning Google I/O 2019 Conference tickets, all hotel and travel expenses will be covered as well.
Bits N’ AndroidTV Hackathon event is an intense 24h hackathon for developers and UX/UI designers striving to bring the smarter Things into the living room.
Don’t worry about your AndroidTV experience, a team of Google and United Cloud experts will be available to guide you and provide indispensable instructions and tips.
In the end, as we said, we want Things to be just a little bit smarter, so a panel including experts from Google and United Cloud will choose the winning team with the best app, considering overall quality, innovation and presentation.
This Hackathon is completely free for participants. We will provide three meals a day, snacks, drinks, gifts, gadgets, and free Wi-Fi so that you have the best experience.
Each participant should register. Please, pay attention to questions What is your motivation to participate and Present yourself and your team in the best possible way. Don't forget your team name. :) If it's easier for you, send us your application with your team name to hackathon@united.cloud. Impress us and secure your place at the event.
Selected teams will receive a confirmation email on the 25th of Nov, please stay tuned and check your mailbox!

How many people per team are allowed?
Each team should have 2-4 members.
What to bring?
Your own laptop with IDE and SDKs pre-installed, motivation, creativity, and competitive spirit.

On the 30th of Nov, we will organize a workshop session with Google Developers Marc Bachinger and Filip Stanis with the main topic Android TV Codelabs, which can be of great help! Stay tuned, soon you will get an update with more information.
