Engage Scotlandrepresents the Scottish body of Engage members, responding to training and networking needs within gallery education with a Scottish focus.Hidden Giants is an education consultancy agency that collaborates with teachers, practitioners and policy makers. We support school’s to re-imagine their curriculum by placing innovative, creative and critical thinking at its heart. Our partnerships can be seen as experiments to improve everyone’s experience of education.National Galleries Scotland look after your national art collection, comprising a breadth of fine art from the early Renaissance to the contemporary. We aim to make art work for everyone, using creativity across the curriculum to encourage learners to think for themselves.

What happens when you cross a school and a gallery in a post-lock down world? How might we co-create new models of blended learning?

Learning has moved out of the box and into the great beyond, bringing new challenges, opportunities and risks. Artists live in the great beyond; the world of open-minded imagining, re-imagining, experimentation, making-do and invention. How can artists and galleries support Scottish schools to feel at home in this new landscape as we re-imagine learning in the post-lock down world?Join Engage Scotland, Hidden Giants and National Galleries in discussion as we explore this new territory, identify common goals, forge partnerships and share ideas, hopes and fears. This event is now fully booked but please do add your name to the waiting list so we can gauge demand for future.
