The Wrightington Regional Anaesthesia Interest Groups (WRAIG’s) 8th iteration on Regional Anaesthesia teaching focusses on two full days of hand-on cadaveric and live model scanning workshop.

Attendees will expect to take a deep dive and learn the essentials and advanced aspects of regional anaesthesia.

The key features of this course are:

  • Learn from experts who work in one of the biggest orthopaedic centres delivering a high volume of regional anaesthesia
  • Support provided expert faculty from around the country
  • A low faculty to candidate of ratio of 1:2 to 1:3
  • Scanning and needling on cadavers
  • Focussed learning on live models
  • Option on both days to ‘pick your block’ for a one to one scanning and needling practice on cadavers on a block of your choice.


The Royal College of Anaesthetists has awarded 12 CPD for this course.
