How do I enter a team for a senior tournament?

I do not have a team can I still enter?

Yes! In the ticket section please select an individual ticket on eventbrite and you will be placed in a team in the day.

Where do I enter a junior netball team?

Junior netball team tickets are available on eventbrite in the ticket section.

Question 4

Is parking free and where can we park?

Accepted Answer

Yes, parking is free. During the day there will be parking on the grass (turn right immediately as you enter the site). If this area becomes full there is parking available on the road. During the evening additional parking will be available on the tarmac area.

Will there be drinks and food available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There will be a BBQ available during the day, alongside the bar with a selection of cold alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. There will also be a selection of cakes, cold buffet snacks and teas.

I’ll be playing senior hockey at Chipping Campden are these FAQ answers the same for me?

Mostly! Entering a team or as an individual is the same as above. Parking will be in the main Chipping Campden School Carpark.  A BBQ, teas and cakes will also be available at the hockey tournament.

Do you have a family ticket for the evening?

No family tickets are required as U11’s (primary school) go free!!

What does my tournament ticket get me?

Accepted Answer

Tournament tickets get you access to the event, game play in your chosen sport and entry to our evening music festival, with bar and food available to purchase throughout the day. Additional general admission tickets can be purchased for those who would like to attend but not play in a tournament.

Please ensure the correct amount is donated, e-tickets will be required at the gate.

What time does the evening music start?

The party starts at 5pm, with live music from Jack Harris and Becca Scott. Following by a DJ so we can celebrate team successes and dance the night away.

If I’ve got a general admission ticket can I come and watch the sports?

Of course, we’d love you to come down and watch! Your general admission ticket gives you access to watch the tournaments on Saturday and cricket on Sunday - plus the party on Saturday night.

What age are the senior tournaments?

NETBALL and HOCKEY players must be aged 14 to play in senior tournaments , however those less experienced can play in junior tournaments upto aged 15. FOOTBALL players must be 16 to play senior football.

What age are the junior tournaments?

Accepted Answer

Ages 9-15years are allowed to play in junior tournaments. For netball there will be a primary tournament and a secondary tournament. For hockey teams will be mixed. (No players aged 16 are allowed and must play in senior games)
