After months of research, site visits, conversations, and creative exploration, we are delighted to share the emerging findings from the Blue Steps feasibility phase, and open up the conversation about what comes next.

Set in the heart of Chelmsford at Patch Places, just moments from the River Chelmer and the trail, this event brings together partners, communities, creatives, environmental leaders, and supporters who care about the future of water, place, culture, and connection across Essex.
