Accepted Answer

Yes. This event will be live-streamed and recorded. There will also be a photographer present. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the audience.

Is drinking water available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a water cooler available for all visitors. We encourage guests to bring their own reusable water bottles to use during their time at the Institute.

Is the venue accessible for visitors with disabilities or mobility requirements?

Accepted Answer

Our venue is fully accessible, with on-site accessible parking, ramped entrances, wide corridors, wheelchair-accessible rooms and communal areas, and dedicated accessible toilet facilities on the ground floor.

Is there a baby changing station at the venue?

Accepted Answer

A baby changing station is located in the ground floor accessible toilet. Our reception team is happy to provide directions should you need them.
