The BMX Academy workshops are practical sessions for children to enjoy a fun afternoon with a champion BMX rider Mike Mullen and master some BMX tricks along the way <A HREF="https://www.bmxacademy.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.bmxacademy.com/</A>
Children will learn how to handle a BMX bike over small jumps and are taught a range of tricks and techniques step by step building up to a freestyle show for parents at the end of each workshop.
BMX Bikes, Helmets and safety pads are provided for all.
PLEASE NOTE:
Participation in this workshop is for children aged 9-16, who can already ride a bike. Parents must accompany children.
Children should wear closed toe shoes and long trousers ( No skirts or dresses).  Long hair to be tied in a low pony tail so helmets still fit safely.
