How can I contact the event organizers if I have any questions?

If you have a question about our events you can send our admin assistant Sezzy an email at sezzy@bntcommunity.com. For urgent queries please contact Shada at info@bntcommunity.com. We aim to respond to your emails within 2-12 hours, however during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours for a reply.

How do I cancel my ticket?

If you wish to cancel your ticket please email Shada at info@bntcommunity.com with your full name and the event you signed up for. By cancelling your ticket less than 7 days before an event you are agreeing to lose your nonrefundable deposit.

What is the refund policy for BNT Community Events?

Accepted Answer

For paid ticketed events a deposit is required to secure your spot.  We refund all paid tickets up to 8 days before an event. Please note your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your ticket less than 7 days before an event. To request a refund email Shada at info@bntcommunity.com.

Are there any age restrictions for attending BNT Community events?

All our events require adults 18+. Occasionally we may hold events that children can attend, and these will be clearly stated, and all children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Can my ticket be transferred to someone else if I can no longer make the event?

Accepted Answer

No, we ask that you cancel your ticket at the earliest inconvenience when you are aware you will no longer be able to attend as unfortunately we cannot transfer tickets.

How do I share your events with my friends?

You can easily share our events with your friends and family by social media, share our event links, encourage your friends to sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date with us, email, word of mouth. Whichever you choose to share our events, we are grateful for the support.

Who are BNT Community Events for?

Accepted Answer

BNT Community Events are for career professionals working in the childcare, education, early years or domestic worker sector. We also are open for others who do not fit this criteria to come and join us too. Whether you're a BNT member or just interested in connecting with like-minded individuals.

How do I find out more about other BNT Community Events?

Check our Eventbrite, Follow Us on social media @bntcommunity @nanny_con, Sign up for our Newsletter, Once you attend a BNT event you will have access to join our support WhatsApp group. Take the opportunity to be supported by our growing community on a regular basis.

Will there be any networking opportunities at the event?

All our events are designed to connect others and build the community spirit, so we encourage you to come with a positive and diverse mindset and have fun networking.

When will the meeting point location be sent to us for Wellbeing Walks?

Accepted Answer

We send out meeting point location details 48 hours before the walks for safety and safeguarding reasons. All information is sent via email so mark our emails as SAFE, so we do not end up on your spam folders.

How do I sign up for your NannyCON Conference?

Accepted Answer

Visit www.nannycon.net and register today.

Question 13

I heard you have a Whatsapp support group. How do I get access to this?

Accepted Answer

To get access to our support group attend at least once BNT event. Once you do this, please email your number to Shada at info@bntcommunity.com. She will send you a confidentiality disclaimer that you MUST agree to. Then you will have access to our support network on Whatsapp.

Can I cancel my order for a free event?

Accepted Answer

For free events you will need to cancel your order as soon as you are aware that you cannot make the event anymore. To cancel your order email Shada at info@bntcommunity.com at your earliest convenience or at least 8 days before the event.
