About this event

We meet in the Small Hall in Hillhead Library -- go through the door signposted ‘toilets’ on the right when you enter the library, up the stairs, and it's the last door on the right.

You're welcome to arrive and leave anytime during our session; it's very informal and laid back. No need to book a ticket first.

We'd be happy to meet you outside the venue if you think you may have trouble finding us, or if you're just anxious about coming in on your own for the first time. Contact us here, via our website, email or socials (below) if you have any questions at all.

Unfortunately the Small Hall does not have disabled access; we are currently looking for accessible venues.

Frequently asked questions

I haven't been officially diagnosed with ADHD, can I still come?

Absolutely! Whether you're diagnosed, waiting for a diagnosis, or just suspect that you may have ADHD and would like to know more, you are very welcome.

I've never played board games before! I'm worried I'll get confused and annoy people!

Relax! Many of us had never played before, and even those of us that have been playing for years get confused about the rules and mess up; we have ADHD! There's no judgement here; we all understand what it's like.

Do I need to pay?

No. Our events and membership will always be free of charge, paid for by GAAPS from our fundraising efforts.

Is there disabled access?

Unfortunately not; the Small Hall is accessible only by stairs. We are currently looking for an accessible venue.

Organized by

We are a Glasgow-based social club for people with ADHD to chat, play board games, meet for coffee, go for walks… We arrange regular weekly events, and encourage people to make connections and organise their own activities with our thriving online community (hosted on WhatsApp).

It is entirely FREE! We will never charge for attendance or membership. The need for socialising and community doesn't depend on your financial status, and neither should your access to it.

You do not have to be diagnosed to attend; those who are waiting for a diagnosis or who are curious are more than welcome!

(18+ only.)
