Bod Squad

Humber Street Gallery's Bod Squad sessions are aimed at 12-16 year olds. These sessions will widen and improve opportunities for children and young people to take part in creative activities outside of schools. There will be progression and development over the course of the sessions. Sessions will link to the work, artists and themes of our exhibition programme.

Our sessions will help young people to explore a range of techniques and different materials, and play a part in enabling our young participants to analyse and evaluate their own work, and that of others, in order to strengthen the visual impact or applications of their work. Young people will develop a critical understanding of art and how to articulate this.

These sessions will be organised by Alison Ollerhead, Lead Art Avenger, from Arting UK.
