Introducing our new webinar series on body image as part of our #SummerWithoutShame pledge; hosted by Sophie Killip, Psychotherapist at Orri, a specialist eating disorder treatment clinic based in London.

This session will aim to provide a supportive and reflective space where you can start to identify and understand body shame and its triggers, and begin to introduce compassionate and empowering ways to move through it.

  • Understand societal and internal triggers that intensify shame, especially around summer.
  • Differentiate between guilt and shame.
