Body & Tree Wisdom Full Day Workshop
A transformative, tree-guided retreat experience combining somatic-inspired yoga and the expertise of tree wisdom expert Clare.
This day is for people who are craving a shift — in their life, their work, or how they show up in the world — but don’t want more thinking, analysing, or talking about it. Instead, we’ll work with the body and with nature as practical sources of information.
Through somatic movement, embodied inquiry, and Clare’s TreeMap process, you’ll be supported to slow down, get out of your head, and access clearer inner guidance — the kind that’s felt, not forced.
This is a grounded, experiential day for intuitive, thoughtful people (women and men who resonate) who want perspective, direction, and a deeper sense of what’s true for them right now.
How the Day Works
10:00am – Arrival, opening circle, check-in & refreshments
10:30am – Somatic movement with Jesse
Simple, accessible movement to help you settle your nervous system and arrive physically and mentally.
11:00am – Body Compassing with Clare
An embodied practice that helps you recognise and trust physical signals as guidance, rather than defaulting to mental loops or external opinions.
12:00pm – Lunch break
1:00–3:00pm – TreeMap work with Clare
Clare’s TreeMap is a constellation-style, embodied process that supports insight and clarity through felt experience rather than analysis. You’re invited to bring a real question and explore it in relationship with the Trees as steady, non-judgemental reference points.
3:00pm – Shake-out & relaxation with Jesse
A chance to integrate, release tension, and let what’s shifted settle in the body.
3:30pm – Closing circle & checkout
4:00pm – Finish & depart
About the Collaboration
Clare is a coach and facilitator working 1:1 and with groups, online and in person. She supports people who feel called to change something meaningful, but who don’t want hype, pressure, or abstract self-development.
Her work focuses on helping people reconnect with their own intuitive intelligence and move beyond limiting patterns that keep them small or stuck. Trees are central to this work — not symbolically, but as living systems that offer stability, perspective, and regulation.
The TreeMap process grew out of Clare’s own long-term relationship with Trees and functions as a practical framework for inquiry, reflection, and embodied insight.
Jesse’s somatic movement work underpins the day, creating the conditions for clarity by supporting regulation, presence, and physical awareness.

Why Trees?
Working with Trees isn’t abstract or symbolic — it’s deeply regulating for the nervous system and has measurable effects on mental, emotional, and physical health.
Research consistently shows that time spent in woodland environments supports wellbeing in tangible ways:
- Mental health: UK Forest Research has found that spending time in woodlands reduces anxiety and depression, contributing to an estimated £185 million per year in mental health cost savings.
- Emotional wellbeing: Research by the Woodland Trust and the University of Kent shows that 90% of people report improved mood and overall wellbeing from woodland sights, sounds, and smells.
- Physical regulation: Studies from Chiba University in Japan show that just 15–40 minutes in a forest can lower cortisol levels by 13–16%, reduce pulse rate by 4–6%, and increase parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) nervous system activity by around 56%.
When the nervous system settles, clarity improves. This work intentionally uses the stabilising effect of Trees to create the conditions for insight, perspective, and embodied decision-making.
This day isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It’s about creating the conditions where you can hear what you already know.
The Trees are calling. The question is whether you’re ready to listen.
