A journey of a lifetime of dances begins with a single conscious dance class.To enjoy conscious dance we need to understand that it's not about performance, goal achieving, body shaping, calories burning, looking great.So why dance?Because it makes us feel more alive and it brings us to the present moment;Because it has a power to transform how we feel, both physically and emotionally;Because it gives us freedom to engage in movement which connects us to the space within as well as with others, in a playful and meaningful way.Each session is an invitation to explore your creativity, listen to your body and feel simply and fully alive. It's about finding movement that is supportive and nourishing. It's about learning to listen and follow your intuition. There are no steps to learn, you don't need experience and all moves are welcome.We dance solo, in partnership and in community.
