What’s the purpose of the event?

To raise money for SpecialEffect, the video games charity, to get together for the love of music, to celebrate the music of video games, and to have a great time. That’s it.

Question 2

I work in the games industry and want to bring a friend or partner who doesn't, is that okay?

Yes, that’s no problem. Welcome!

Question 3

I don’t work in the industry but I want to come… can I?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not at the moment, but we may release some tickets in the last week or two to a very small amount of fans if we can, so watch this space!

Question 4

It’s a lot of music, are you going to be able to fit this all in?

We believe so, but it’s certainly a packed agenda! Come watch us nail it. ?

Question 5

Is it seating or standing?

Accepted Answer

We are going for seating because it’s a heck of a lot of music, and with the best will in the world, standing for 3 hours (plus during breaks) would be a bit much. The seating is auditorium style so everyone will be able to see perfectly.

I would like to attend but need a wheelchair accessible seat. Is there an option to specify this?

Accepted Answer

Yes! When you fill out your order form there will be an option at the end to say whether you require a wheelchair accessible seat or not. We will then be in touch once you have placed your order with more details.

Is it possible to order a companion ticket?
