Boost Presents: Communicating with Confidence
Join Hannah Shellswell from Boost for an interactive lunchtime workshop designed to help build confidence in finding your own voice.
How do you feel when you are asked to speak up in a meeting or present in front of a group? If you have feelings of self-doubt or nerves that hold you back, you’re not alone, and it doesn’t need to stay that way.
Join Hannah Shellswell from Boost for an interactive lunchtime workshop designed to help you build confidence in presenting, speaking up, and owning your voice.
Together, we’ll explore how to communicate with more confidence and clarity, and some simple presentation techniques that can make a real difference in meetings, pitches, presentations, and everyday conversations.
You’ll leave with a practical presentation template you can use again and again to help you prepare for impactful communication in any setting.
Come along for honest conversations, practical tools, and a relaxed, supportive environment where you can build confidence alongside other women.
Includes a sandwich lunch and tea and coffee.
This workshop is part of a series of creative workshops taking place alongside Shelley’Godden exhibition Of Mothers, Lovers and Children, showing throughout June in the Link Gallery at Jersey Museum & Art Gallery. The exhibition explores themes of family, memory, storytelling, connection and childhood through ceramics and painting.
