At Lifelink we realise there are lots of pressures at home, school and work and that at times we feel stressed, distressed and unable to cope.  With over 27 years of experience in delivering stress, mental and emotional management services for young people and adults, we seek to reduce people's need for illness services by supporting people to make positive changes in their lives that improve their quality of life in a lasting way.

Is the Boosting Self-Esteem course for me? Understand how low-self-esteem is maintained and learn ways to break the cycle. Develop self-compassion and manage difficult thoughts. Learn the essential skills needed for developing self-esteem. All our courses are delivered within an group environment so you must be willing to participate in group exercises. Our course facilitators are extremely experienced however they are not trained counsellors and so are not able to offer individual therapeutic support. What about Covid-19? During the current Covid-19 pandemic, our courses are running online. Our classes are delivered using Zoom. We will email instructions for joining prior to the class beginning and we ask that you have a pen and paper handy so you can continue to participate fully. Please note that we will need to lock access to these courses 5 minutes after the start time - no further access will be available after this time. We recommend logging into the webinar a minimum of 10-minutes before the advertised start time. Upon logging in you will remain in a ‘waiting room’ until our hosts open the webinar. How much does this cost to attend? Our courses are completely free of charge to those living within the Glasgow City Council area. We are able to offer our courses free of charge to Glasgow City Council residents due to the funding we receive from Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.
