There is a small car park, with limited space. It is free to park there, but we cannot *guarantee* there will be a space.

Yes, the groups are completely free to attend

Do I have to have BPD/EUPD to come to the group?

Yes. We are the only charity in Great Britain who solely focus on Borderline Personality Disorder. We feel that it is important for those with BPD/EUPD to have a safe and positive space where they can be with others who just 'get what it's like' to live with the diagnosis.

Do I need to be referred by a health professional?

No, you do not need to be referred by anyone.

Do I need to book to come to the groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes - the groups are free, but booking is essential! It enables us to ensure that we have enough participants to run the session and also to make sure we have enough materials (and biscuits etc!) for those taking part!

Do you run the writing groups online?

Accepted Answer

We run our writing group in-person, here in Derby. However, we may be able to run the group as a hybrid session (both online and in person). If you are interested in attending our writing group online - please let us know so we can do our best to facilitate this!
