About this event

Physical boundaries: strong flow focusing on staying present. Moving onto flexibility and staying in the body while stressing the joints.

Mental boundaries: Yin practice, where we practice sitting with physical and mental discomfort. Challenging the body to sit outside its comfort zone, and staying with our gut instinct to not push into pain.

Rounding off with a Yoga Nidra to relax in a semiconcious practice.
