J﻿oin us at Kingston Museum for a Bowie-themed banner making workshop with local milliner, Bee Smith!B﻿e inspired by our current exhibition Bowie and Beyond, in partnership with Community Brain and Creative Youth's AMP Kingston Heritage Project, as you join Bee Smith for a hand sewing project suitable for anyone over the age of 7. Design and create your very own pre-made banner with elements inspired by David Bowie's music, fashion and the glam rock style of the 1970s. This is a family friendly activity suitable for children and adults of all abilities over the age of 7.T﻿he workshop will begin at 14:00 and will run for two hours until 16:00. As the latest in our programme of Bowie and Beyond events, this is a FREE event funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. You must, however, book a ticket on Eventbrite as spaces for this event are limited. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, please cancel your booking to allow others to take your place.
