Bala Thakrar

This is a medium intensity full body work out, incredible for improving eye coordination, mobility, and cardiovascular ability. Don’t feel intimidated by it, as it’s great fun, suitable for all levels, and run by a trained instructor who will help you through the steps and adapt the workout to your needs.
It’s a small group which means you get lots of support and the chance to make new friends, so come have a go!
Simply book and turn up, the event organisers will know you're coming.
