BoxxMethod at Ham Yard Hotel

Ham Yard Hotel is part of Firmdale Hotels, a privately owned collection by husband and wife Tim and Kit Kemp, comprising eight award-winning luxury properties in central London and two in New York. This summer, Ham Yard is bringing together experts across fitness, health and wellbeing to guide and inspire in its first 'Live Well Series'. The series offers something for everyone, and with personal wellbeing at the core of its concept, the hotel will be opening private areas for bespoke experiences, from the rooftop and the serene Soholistic spa to the high energy dancefloor in The Croc bowling alley. Fitting in and around busy and demanding lifestyles, the Live Well Series will be running in evenings and weekends from 8th July-9th September 2017.

Ham Yard Hotel

This summer, Ham Yard Hotel is bringing together experts across fitness, health and wellbeing to guide and inspire in its first Live Well Series. 
As part of the series, Ham Yard will be partnering with online workout platform, the BoxxMethod to host two of their signature BoxxHIIT classes. BoxxHIIT has become renowned as a full body fat burning, muscle toning workout which combines intense shadow boxing with high intensity interval training. 
Choose to sweat it out on Ham Yard Hotel’s leafy roof terrace on 8 August with BoxxMethod Trainer Marcus Parkin or under the disco ball in The Croc bowling alley on 15 August with BoxxMethod Trainer Louis Rennocks. Classes will be followed by a well-earned cocktail in private bar.
Guests can also choose to add on a three-course dinner from a set menu following the class. 
6.15pm for a 6.30pm start 45 minute session with a low alcohol cocktail following the class and the option to add on dinner in Ham Yard Bar & Restaurant Tuesday 8 August (roof terrace) and Tuesday 15 August (The Croc bowling alley) £25 including BoxxMethod class and low alcohol cocktail, £45 including BoxxMethod class, low alcohol cocktail and three-course dinner from a set menu in Ham Yard Bar & Restaurant. * Please note, there are no showering facilities available
