BPS Minorities Group DClinPsy Interview Event

Ten Organisers and a Chair currently lead the group which comprises over 200 members.  The leadership team are all working towards careers in Clinical Psychology.  They are passionate about Clinical Psychology, equality and diversity and are committed to the development and sustainability of the group.

The event is for people who identify as having a minority status (BME, LGBTQ+, Mental Health, Disability etc.) who have been offered an interview for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology training course (2019 entry). Having mock interviews are a vital part of preparing for the DClinPsy interviews. This event will be an opportunity to practice interviews with your peers and with current trainees from various courses.
Due to the personal nature of some interviews, the event will provide a safe space for those who would like to reflect on their minority status. Trainees at the event all identify as having a minority status. 
We encourage you to join the waiting list for this event as we expect it is likely to move after the Clearing House interview response deadline on 15th March.
If you have a ticket but will not be attending an interview, please email us by the 15th March 2019 at minorities.cp@gmail.com so that we can offer your place to someone who has got an interview.
