The Bread Chat panel are ready for your questions on Buns, Brioche and Croissants and enriched dough. We've been there and can help.

About this event

Do you love making enriched dough? We do. This is the chance to ask your question about buns, brioche and croissants and all enriched dough. Send us in your question when you register.

We are a group of bakers who love to bake bread and experiment. We have years of experience between us gained in different fields. We'll use our expertise to help you bake better bread. We won't always agree which will lead to a lively debate.

There's a lot of hype and misinformation about breadmaking. We want to make it easier for people to make bread successfully with confidence.

Zoom meeting information will be provided once you've registered.

We welcome people from all over the world no matter what your experience. Please note the meeting time is 7:30 pm GMT+1. Places are available for a small donation.
