Room Forty Afternoon Teas provide sumptious home made afternoon teas served on beautiful original vintage crockery.  They bring everything to you and serve you at home, at work or at your chosen venue.  They recently won hospitality of the year at Warrington Business Awards.They also won silver in the World bread awards, and are passionate about sharing their knowledge of how to bake, particularly bread.Jen Perry, the owner is listed in the top 100 female food influencers in the North West. She lives in Warrington.

In this class you'll learn the basics of bread making. It's a hands on class, and you will take away your bakes with you.<ul><li>Get to grips with yeast and other raising agents</li><li>Learn the techniques of kneading, proving and shaping</li><li>Score your bread to personalise it</li><li>Learn to make a variety of breads, that will give you confidence to try new recipes yourself.</li><li>Discover what's in commercial breads</li></ul> This is a fun, relaxed yet informative class which has been tried and tested, in fact we've taught over 1000 people to bake so far!We're part of the real bread campaign and are passionate about getting people baking, so that's why it is priced so affordably. Join us, you'll love it. If you have ever wanted to learn to make delicious bread, and you want a foolproof recipe, perfect technique and a guarantee that you will be able to make it again when you get home, this is the class for you. You make our award winning white load (and tell you how to make wholemeal, or add seeds if you like) You will also make a soda bread - a great quick loaf you can do any day of the week in super speedy time. And we'll make pizza, showing you how easy and quick it is, and how much more tasty and cheap it is too - compared to ordering in a dodgy takeaway.
