Sophie is a Ballymaloe trained home cook. A self proclaimed food nerd,  she’s been baking since she could reach her mum’s kitchen cupboards. Sophie is passionate about sharing her cooking and baking knowledge.

The Scandi Cook

Want to bake bread, but not sure where to start?
The aim of this workshop is to demystify the process, and show you how to tame the yeast beast. The focus will be on uncomplicated recipes, showing you how to fit bread making into a busy schedule.
We’ll spend the morning baking at least 4 different types of bread. There will be a nibbly lunch, as well as hot and cold drinks. Everyone will have the chance to get their hands floury, and bring some delicious baked goods - and hopefully a sense of accomplishment - home for the weekend.
