ABOUT THE COURSE
As seen on Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins, BREAK-POINT brings you your opportunity to experience SAS Selection & Operations.
You will experience what it’s like to train with the best followed by a taste of what its like operating behind enemy lines.
This is a unique event where you will train alongside former full time Special Forces Soldiers that have
operated behind enemy lines.
This is not merely physical, your mental ability will be tested continually.
DAY 1 - SELECTION TRAINING
All candidates will arrive on Day One at 0600hrs.
This day is all about SELECTION, arming you with the vital skills you need to survive behind enemy lines as a SPECIAL FORCES OPERATOR.
The remainder of the day will include instruction by the DS on military procedures and field craft skills including:
• MAP READING/NAVIGATION
• TIMED PACK MARCH
• BUSHCRAFT & SURVIVAL
• MEDICAL AWARENESS
• LEADERSHIP & INITIATIVE
• ESCAPE & EVASION
The evening will be spent getting to know your fellow candidates. You will sleep military style ready for the following day.
DAY 2 - GO LIVE
This day is all about OPERATIONS! You will be faced with a number of physical and mental tests throughout the day working within small teams.
All tasks will be taken from elements of SPECIAL FORCES Operations.
Working within your teams you will be tasked with an operation behind enemy lines, lives depend on the efficiency of the team and each individual.
You will find yourself in scenario's where you utilise the training given to you the day prior, all whilst under pressure of a live enemy in pursuit.
Can you work together, get through the mission and make your way to the extraction point alive?
FURTHER INTELLIGENCE IS CLASSIFIED AND WILL BE BRIEFED PRIOR TO THE OPERATION
The course will finish no later than 1700hrs on Day Two.
Although we do cater for all levels a good level of fitness is required. This means that you regularly exercise and as a guide have done or are ready to attend obstacle course style races.
All candidates will be required to complete a medical declaration and a fitness assessment, which can be done in your own time, prior to the course.
Your medical declaration will be assessed by our course paramedic to ensure you are healthy to attend. The fitness assessments will be returned to us so we can assess and group teams accordingly.
BREAK-POINT events are of course physically demanding however the focus and our ethos is the mind rules the body and is subject to the limiting beliefs we place upon our abilities. It is these abilities controlled by your restricted and over protecting thoughts that we aim to develop.
Our courses will change your mindset, break boundaries and leave you with a passion to achieve more mentally and physically.
'GOING BEYOND' is within us all, you simply have to know where to look!
*A percentage of profits raised from this and all events goes towards our veteran support programs at Rock2Recovery. Thank you on behalf of all that served and continue to serve our country.
