BREAK THE PATTERN

Samudra

A women-only experiential workshop for ambitious women who understand themselves deeply — but still repeat the same patterns.

Seven Lion Yard

We know we overthink. We know we're perfectionists. We know we procrastinate, people-please, or put too much pressure on ourselves. We might even understand exactly where it all came from. But understanding a pattern and changing it are two different things.Self-sabotage usually shows up as automatic responses — the things we default to when we feel challenged, uncertain or exposed.Break the pattern is about taking one recurring pattern in your life, understanding what triggers it, noticing how it shows up in your body, and practising a different response. This might be for you if you think:"I know I do this... so why do I keep doing it?"Maybe you:

overthink decisions until you no longer trust yourself

procrastinate most when something really matters

put impossible pressure on yourself to get it right

people-please even when you don't want to

struggle to rest without feeling guilty

second-guess yourself when you're being seen or taking a risk

What we'll explore

identify one pattern you want to work with

understand what tends to trigger it

notice how it shows up in your thoughts and body

learn how to interrupt the automatic response

practise a different way of responding

leave with tools you can continue using afterwards

This isn't about fixing yourself or becoming a different person. It's about recognising what you do — as you're doing it — and having somewhere else to go.What we'll doThe workshop combines guided reflection, somatic exercises, breathwork, Kundalini yoga and meditation — working with your patterns through both the mind and the body. It's experiential, not a lecture. Expect reflection, movement, breath and stillness. No previous yoga or meditation experience needed. Women only, small group. You don't need another explanation of who you are. You need to practise being different. About JuliaI’m a women’s coach, yoga teacher and somatic counselling trainee. My work combines coaching, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation and traditional yogic practices in a way that feels practical and relevant to modern life. Before moving into this work, I spent nearly 15 years in corporate roles, including big tech, so I know the experience of being ambitious, capable and constantly “on” from the inside. My work is for women who don’t want to become less ambitious — they want to stop paying for their ambition with constant pressure, overthinking and disconnection from themselves.Instagram/TikTok— @julia.samudraWebsite — https://juliasamudra.com/
