Breakfast with Santa at More Than Grandparents

We have a few step up to the entrance of our building with no ramp access, once in the building we are located on the 2nd floor but have a stair lift available.

Absolutely, we have sensory bags and headphone available to use. We also keep numbers to a maximum of 10 to ensure we are not over crowding. If your child would prefer to enter the grotto on their own this can also be arranged on the day.

We will accept cancellation up until 7 days before your scheduled visit with a full refund, if you cancel after then we will not issue a refund. We can look at alternative dates if spaces are available.

There is a pay and display carpark located at the side of our building, we do have one disabled access space at the front of the building, a blue badge must be clearly shown to park in this space.

We will try to accommodate where possible for dietary requirements however even with careful measures, it's difficult to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, especially in kitchens handling multiple ingredients. If you do have a dietary requirement please let us know upon booking.

Yes each child will receive a gift tailored to their age.

Yes we will have free refreshments and a Christmas sweet treat available for adults.
