About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Are you exactly the person that you wish to be, or do you feel that something is holding you back?

While we would like to be free, many of us feel bound in some way – perhaps by our past, or perhaps by our own negative tendencies (such as anxiety or depression).

In this half-day course we will investigate Buddhist teachings on our limitless potential and on impermanence. We will build the foundation for a meditation practice through which we can train in letting go of both the past and of our limited view of ourselves.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

The meditations taught on this course come from the Buddhist tradition, but you don’t have to be a Buddhist to attend the course or practice the meditations.
