We invite you to join us for our second member's event at the stunning Boys Hall in Ashford on Friday 30th January 2026.
We will meet from 11am for coffee and networking, and then head through to our private dining room, ‘The Drawing Room’, which exudes distinctive character and charm.
We will be seated at 12pm for a 3-course seasonal feasting menu (sample below). We have this room until 3pm. There will be plenty of time for networking, as well as a fabulous speaker (details below).

We are delighted to welcome Dr Dawn H Nicholson as our speaker! Dawn will be speaking on 'The 80/20 Shift: Letting Go Without Letting Up'.
Dawn is the Vice Chair and Head of University Accreditation for the Association for Business Psychology (ABP). She is a Fellow of the ABP, a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), and an Associate Fellow of the BPS.
Dawn worked for almost 28 years in internal Human Resources (HR) roles and as an advisor to HR, in professional and financial services in the City of London. She spent 3 years as a Partner in PwC's HR Consulting business, working with clients on their people-related issues and on PwC's client diversity offering.
Dawn retired from PwC in June 2013 and pivoted to academia to pursue her primary passion - understanding and improving group decision-making processes. She has led Business Psychology Programmes at Kent and Arden University and her decision-making research has been published in several academic journals.
