This workshop will cover how to establish and maintain a good supply of milk and what can support an enjoyable and sustainable feeding relationship. 

We will also debunk some myths, look at self care and how partners can offer valuable support. The group will be facilitated by Sarah Baker who is a birth and postnatal doula based in South Devon and who has a strong interest in breastfeeding education as it can help prevent many of the common issues that may arise during the breastfeeding period.
