This workshop will cover how to establish and maintain a good supply of milk and what can support an enjoyable and sustainable feeding relationship. We will also debunk some myths, look at self care and how partners can offer valuable support. The group will be facilitated by Sarah Baker who is a birth and postnatal doula based in South Devon and who has a strong interest in breastfeeding education as it can help prevent many of the common issues that may arise during the breastfeeding period.For further information please contact Sarah on 07794 076 131.Covid protocol in place following government guidelines.The course itself is subsidised by the Lottery, so it can be accessible to all.Please donate if you are able to in order to support Radiant Mama and Fathers.org with their core running costs, which the funding does not cover.
