Ali will lead you through an hour of conscious connected breathwork, offering insights into emotional and mental well-being while supporting the release of stress and tension. - Mita – LOVE YOUR PRESENCE
Following breathwork, Mita will use sound frequencies to harmonize your energy and invite peace into every cell. Her holistic approach—rooted in meditation, Reiki, and wellness practices—helps you reconnect with inner calm and balance.
Session Objectives:
- Reduce stress and promote emotional healing through guided breathwork
- Harmonize the body’s energy and induce deep relaxation with sound therapy
