This 60-minute immersive session combines breathwork and a sound bath to release tension and support deep relaxation.
You’ll start with a short guided meditation to arrive and settle, followed by gentle breathwork to ease muscle tension and calm the nervous system. Once your body softens, you’ll rest into a soothing sound bath, letting the vibrations of different instruments including Tibetan bowls, gongs and chimes to guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
The session is entirely practiced lying on your back. Mats are provided.
What to bring:
- Please wear warm, comfortable clothing
- Something to cover your eyes (optional)

Contraindications:
Breathwork & Sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people, but there are some situations where caution is advised. If you experience epilepsy, severe heart conditions, severe mental health conditions (schizophrenia and psychosis), tinnitus, severe respiratory disease or asthma (especially when in normal resting state) or you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy please do get in touch before buying your ticket.
