Breath and movement for self-connection and community.
St. Oswald's Centre in Bruntsfield is a formerly abandoned building that is being reimagined as a community centre. These are the first yoga classes to be held at this beautiful old building; come and be the first to experience them.
This is a mindful Sunday morning class which explores the foundations of yoga and emphasises the role of the breath for mental stillness.
Together, you'll flow, practice accessible breathwork, and be led through a gentle meditation, all designed to reconnect you with yourself. Suitable for all levels.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props you would like to make your practice more comfortable.
The first three classes on 4th, 11th, and 18th January are £5 (50% off).
