Breathe, Laugh, Reset: A Day for You
Do you feel tension you can’t shake? Overwhelm in your body even when your mind is trying to keep up?
Breathe & Reset is a deeply held container for letting go, weaving guided breathwork, hypnosis, laughter yoga and integration to help you come home to your body.
Over 1:30 to 6:00 pm, you’ll be held safely, gently, with intention:
- Experience Hypno-Breath a fusion of breathwork + hypnotic guidance to move deeper.
- Release emotional or physical restrictions.
- Laugh and loosen through Laughter Yoga, reactivating ease.
- Integrate and reflect, so insights become embodiment.
In the company of others, in a trauma-aware, professionally held space. Whether you’re new to breathwork or seasoned, this day is for you.
Guided by Nora, a hypnotherapist and breathwork guide, grounding richness in both psychology and embodiment.

What to Bring / How to Prepare
- Your yoga mat
- A blanket in case you get cold
- A blindfold / eye mask (optional, highly recommended)
- A cushion or folded blanket for neck support
- Wear layers and comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- An open heart & willingness to breathe, feel, and release
