Breathe & Reset is a deeply held container for letting go, weaving guided breathwork, hypnosis, laughter yoga and integration to help you come home to your body.

Over 1:30 to 6:00 pm, you’ll be held safely, gently, with intention:

  • Experience Hypno-Breath a fusion of breathwork + hypnotic guidance to move deeper.
  • Release emotional or physical restrictions.
  • Laugh and loosen through Laughter Yoga, reactivating ease.
  • Integrate and reflect, so insights become embodiment.

In the company of others, in a trauma-aware, professionally held space. Whether you’re new to breathwork or seasoned, this day is for you.

Guided by Nora, a hypnotherapist and breathwork guide, grounding richness in both psychology and embodiment.

  • Your yoga mat
  • A blanket in case you get cold
  • A blindfold / eye mask (optional, highly recommended)
  • A cushion or folded blanket for neck support
  • Wear layers and comfortable clothing
  • Water bottle
  • An open heart & willingness to breathe, feel, and release
