What should I bring to class?

• Yoga mats, straps, blocks will be provided • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement • A water bottle • Optional: a small towel

How long is each class?

The classes are 75 minutes long and the classes are limited to seven per class to ensure personalised attention, safer learning, supportive and stress free environment

How often should I attend?

Consistency and regular practice is key and even one class a week will bring many benefits
