Forceful mouth breathing, prolonged breath holds and intense fast breathwork for more than 5 minutes, should NOT be practiced in the case of any of the following: critical diseases or infections, uncontrolled hypertension, Organ failure, late-stage terminal illness, Pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemaker.
