We’ll start with light warm-up movements and basic stretches to prepare the body, then move into easy-to-follow breathing techniques and soothing meditation practices. About the instructor – Sankesh Sundareshwar:
Sankesh has been practicing yoga across India for over 20 years under various masters and is an internationally qualified teacher. He brings expertise in Shivananda Yoga, Mantra Chanting, Kriya Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Tantra, and meditation. As a qualified Ayurvedic healer, he blends traditional yogic practices with Ayurveda to enhance health, vitality, and balance. Sankesh currently teaches at several locations in Aberdeen and is known for his calm, supportive, and welcoming approach.
