What is an activation?

An Activation is  an active form of meditation in which whatever  is happening is embraced, explored, and learnt from. For those already familiar with Breathwork, it's essentially the same approach as Holotropic Breathwork, Conscious Connected Breathwork,  Dynamic Mediation and dream quest.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is working with the breath  to affect consciousness. The breathing pattern used in an Activation is generated by each participant as they tune in to their body, creating their own breathing pattern and so their own shift in consciousness.

What can I expect from an activation?

Accepted Answer

Participants can experience energies,  emotions, sensations, memories and much more. A session can leave people feeling relaxed, connected, and deeply healed.

Are there any risks?

Accepted Answer

Because participants follow their own bodies, they are never taken beyond their limits. And of course all sessions are overseen by a trained and experienced facilitator.
