Breathwork and Pause
Join Fátima on the 3rd Sunday of each month for a 45-minute breathwork journey.
These classes are designed to help you feel relaxed, with a clear mind and recharged to face a new week.
What to expect:
A carefully tailored mix of energising, balancing and relaxing breathing techniques that will help reset your mind and nervous system.
What not to expect:
A session focussed on hyperventilatory or overly energising practices.
Contraindications:
While this practice is safe for most people, it is not suitable if you:
Are pregnant or think you might be
Have severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure)
Experience epilepsy or seizures
Have a history of psychosis or severe mental health conditions
Are taking strong medication for mental health (please check with your doctor)
What to bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket for comfort and/or warm clothes
A journal for reflections after the session (optional)
