This candle lit breathwork and cacao experience is an invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a safe, held space where you can breathe, feel, and release.
We will begin with a gentle cacao ceremony to support heart opening, intention setting, and presence. Cacao has been used for centuries as a grounding plant medicine to soften the body and mind without overstimulation, creating the perfect foundation for the evening.
From there, you will be guided through simple nervous system regulating breathing techniques before moving into a deeper breathwork journey. This style of breathwork helps release stored tension, quiet the mind, and bring clarity and balance back into the body.
After the breathwork rounds, you will be guided into a calming meditation and visualisation. This allows the nervous system to settle, the experience to integrate, and the body to fully rest in a state of calm and safety.
The session will close gently with fresh fruit and drinks provided, giving you time to ground, connect, and ease back into your evening.
No previous experience with breathwork, meditation, or cacao is needed. Everything is clearly guided and held in a supportive, non judgemental environment.
