What should I bring to the session?

Accepted Answer

You can bring your mat, please. Some exercises will require sitting, standing, lying down in supine or semi-supine position, or movement, but there will be moments when you'll remain still. You can bring a blanket for your comfort if you like.

Do I need any prior experience?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is required! Breathing sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience with any breathwork method, meditation or mindfulness techniques. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to experience something extraordinary.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Choose loose, breathable clothes that allow you to relax without restrictions. We will move a bit, but gently.

Question 4

How long does a  session last?

Accepted Answer

Our monthly breathwork sessions last 60 minutes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before so we can start on time. Specific training or personalised programmes may require longer or shorter sessions, with various intensity and levels of movement.

Question 5

Will I experience any physical sensations?

Accepted Answer

It's possible to experience: changes in body temperature (feeling warmer or cooler), relaxation energy fluctuation, calmness. There may moments of lightheadedness or dizziness, slight air hunger, muscle tension, slight tingling or buzzing feelings in hands, feet, face. It's all safe, don't worry.

Can I participate if I have a medical condition or am pregnant?

As stated above - If you have any medical concerns, are pregnant, or have a history of seizures, please consult your healthcare provider before participating. Inform us of any conditions that may affect your comfort during the session.

Question 7

What if I feel uncomfortable during the session?

Accepted Answer

This is a gentle, safe environment where you're completely in control of your experience - you can take breaks, or stop completely if needed. The sessions are designed to be non-strenuous, with no intense physical demands. Simply raise your hand or signal the instructor, and they will assist you.
