Breathwork for Relaxation - Hackney
Drop into a state of deep relaxation in this restorative breathwork class, designed to gently relax and restore your nervous system.
This class is held every Tuesday, 6:00 – 6:50 pm
You’ll be guided through gentle breathing patterns that support relaxation and help you tune into your body’s natural rhythms. The pace is slow and supportive, creating a space where you can really relax.
Using mindful, conscious breathing techniques, the session gently guides you to:
- Let go of stress and tension
- Quiet the mind and slow racing thoughts
- Reconnect with your body
- Restore energy in a natural, grounded way
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy or simply in need of a pause, this restorative breathwork session offers a nourishing space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
By the end of the class, you can expect to feel lighter in your body, quieter in your mind, and more centred within yourself. This practice creates space for rest, renewal and clarity, helping you move through the rest of your week with greater ease and presence.
The session is practised sitting or lying down. Blankets and eye masks are provided.
No prior experience needed — just come as you are!

Breathwork is a safe, yet at times intense practise and is only recommended for individuals aged 18 and older. It is not suitable for pregnant women and certain medical conditions. The following conditions are contraindicated: cardiovascular disorders, convulsive disorders or epilepsy, recent injuries or surgeries, severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), history of aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, lung, heart, or spinal issues, uncontrolled thryoid, diabetes and severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.
