Breathwork for Runners
This is an interactive masterclass designed to help runners use their breath as a training and recovery tool, to improve performance.
Led by Ramon Ghosh, a breathwork facilitator, running coach and distance runner, this workshop is based on science, movement and mindset to transform the way you run and breath.

- The science behind how the breath influences running performance and physiology
- How to use the breath to improve running endurance
- Practical tools for to use pre-run (focus), during a run (efficiency) and post-run (recovery)
- How to integrate breathwork into your training schedule
