About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

This session offers a grounding experience in Pranayama—the ancient yogic art of

conscious breathing. Through simple yet profound breathwork practices, participants will explore how breath can be a bridge between body, mind and subtle energy. These techniques help quiet mental chatter, balance emotions, and bring a sense of spaciousness within. Rooted in tradition, the session is open to all and offers a reminder to return to stillness, clarity and inner alignment through the breath.

The session will be led by Nayomi Davar, an experienced yoga teacher who trained in India for over eight years under esteemed gurus. Now based in London, she teaches full-time through corporate wellness programmes for large multinationals, yoga retreats, workshops, online courses and one-to-one sessions. Her teaching is rooted in authenticity and accessibility, bringing the depth of traditional yoga into the rhythm of modern life.

Nayomi specializes in women’s health—supporting hormonal balance, PCOS and pregnancy—and is passionate about sharing the healing power of yoga with people from all walks of life.
