Breathwork

Breathwork is an energising and transformative experience that will balance the nervous system and leave you feeling lighter and freer.

Our event takes place in the studio at Cobham Chiropractic, on the top floor. There are two loos within the clinic, and the nearest parking areas are Cedar Road Car Park or Hollyhedge Car Park.

Please buzz for Cobham Chiropractic at the front door, and I'll let you in and you can make your way upstairs :)

For the best experience, please wear comfy clothes, and bring a blanket and an eyemask, eye pillow or a soft cloth that you can cover your eyes with. Feel free to bring anything else that would make you feel comfier.
